What Can I Do If the OMS Cluster Is in an Unavailable Status?

Possible Causes

This problem occurs if the public IP address configured when the OMS plug-in was started is different from the IP address of the Windows server where RDA is installed.

Solution

  1. On the Windows server where RDA is installed, open the CLI and run the ipconfig command to obtain the IPv4 address.

  2. Choose More > Stop in the lower right corner of the OMS plug-in pane. After the OMS plug-in is stopped, choose More > Configure.
  3. Enter the obtained IPv4 address in the text box of the startup parameter and click OK.
  4. Click Confirm to restart the OMS plug-in.
