Possible Causes
This problem occurs if the public IP address configured when the OMS plug-in was started is different from the IP address of the Windows server where RDA is installed.
Solution
- On the Windows server where RDA is installed, open the CLI and run the ipconfig command to obtain the IPv4 address.
- Choose More > Stop in the lower right corner of the OMS plug-in pane. After the OMS plug-in is stopped, choose More > Configure.
- Enter the obtained IPv4 address in the text box of the startup parameter and click OK.
- Click Confirm to restart the OMS plug-in.
